Habticks
Privacy Policy
Last updated: April 12, 2026
Summary: Habticks stores app data locally on your device. We do not use ads, tracking, third-party analytics or user accounts. Premium payments are processed by Apple.
1. Who we are
Habticks is an iOS app for tracking habits, routines, reminders and progress. For privacy questions, contact jptechapplications@gmail.com.
2. Data used by the app
Data you enter and generate in the app is used for core functionality and stored locally on your device through Apple technologies. This may include habit names, descriptions, categories, icons, schedules, check-ins, completion dates, streaks, statistics, badges, habit relationships, notification preferences, theme, language and Premium subscription status received through StoreKit.
3. Data we do not receive
Habticks has no account system, developer-operated backend, third-party analytics, advertising SDKs or tracking. The Habticks team does not receive your habits, logs, statistics or preferences.
4. Purposes
Local data is used only to show and edit habits, record daily progress, calculate streaks, statistics, badges and habit relationships, schedule local notifications and unlock Premium features when Apple confirms an active subscription.
5. Notifications
Habticks uses iOS local notifications. Reminders are scheduled on your device and may include habit names. You can allow, deny or disable notifications in iOS settings or inside the app.
6. In-app purchases and subscriptions
Premium subscriptions are processed by Apple through in-app purchases. Habticks does not receive card details, billing addresses or other payment information. The app receives only the technical information needed to validate whether the subscription is active.
7. Sharing with third parties
We do not sell personal data and do not share app data with ad networks, data brokers or analytics platforms. The only relevant external interaction is with Apple services required for in-app purchases, notifications and iOS operation.
8. Retention and deletion
Local data remains on your device while the app is installed and until you delete it. You can delete individual habits in the app. When Habticks is uninstalled, local app data is removed from the device. If iCloud backups are enabled, some app data may be included in your device backup, which is controlled by Apple through iOS settings.
9. Privacy rights
Because app data stays on your device, you can view, correct and delete it directly in the app. For legal questions or requests related to this policy, contact us by email.
10. Children
Habticks is not specifically directed to children and does not collect personal data on developer-operated servers. Parents or guardians with privacy questions can contact us.
11. Security
Local data security depends on device protections such as passcode, Face ID, Touch ID and iOS security. Keep iOS updated and protect your Apple ID.
12. Changes
We may update this policy to reflect changes to the app, law or App Store requirements. The latest version is published on this page.
